For return/ replacement requests, kindly write us at support@drkure.com (10 am-6 pm, Mon-Fri). Return request should be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
In case of cancellations/returns and replacements, we will initiate the refund only after the product(s) from the order have been received and verified at our warehouse.
For payment done through Credit/Debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 48 business hours of receiving the product(s) back. It may take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect on your account.
